for the millsberry rules, it says 'promotions offering prizes of any sort (including contests, raffles, lotteries, chain letters or any kind of giveaway)' are not allowed...why?? i'm not asking for donations or any personal information, it wouldn't do any harm, so why not?

and MCC has contests that gives prizes, so does that mean you can have contests when it's not on millsberry.com?

and is a charity allowed?

MCC obtained permission from General Mills to hold the contests and offer prizes.

As for the millsberry rules - millsberry.com does not allow direct communication between members as a part of their site, thus making contests and such that are held on outside sites outside the control of millsberry.com and they cannot ensure the fairness or honesty of such events.

And no, charity is not allowed, according to the Millsberry.com TOS.
