A REALLY beautiful home-made gift is a picture frame card! I am aso 13 and my friend reiceved one from her boyfriend!

What you will need:

-1 piece of cardstock (best if it is covered in hearts or is pink or red)
- glitter pens
- glitter glue
- left-over heart wrapping paper
- a picture of you
- or a love poem (roses are red, very few diamonds are blue, today I want to say that I REALLY LIKE YOU! Will you be my valentine? Signed ...your...name...here...)

What to do:

Cut the card stock in length of about 12 inches and in width of about 4 inches. About 3 inches in to one of the ends fold and on the other end cutt into a triangular shape. With a scrap of cardstock (preferably different colors) cut out a square slightly bigger than the square of left over wrapping paper. Glue them together and then glue them to the end with the triangular cut. Then open it and glue in the picture or poem (if you cannot choose which is best glue in the picture and then with a silver or gold glitter pen write them poem underneath). On the front of the frame write her name in fancy swirly lettering.

I hope everything works out allright!
