This includes race, sex, religion, age, abilities, possessions, knowledge/education, profession, ...
It also would demand that all of us would have to be always in a good mood.

I am like that already.
And not giving anything to anybody for free. One must get something in return, otherwise we will have a lot of beggers.
Even here at Yahoo.answers we get something in return: points, which give us pride.
Another thing is to provide a good education to everybody, but not with the present educational system. It is obsolete. We are still using one that was designed for the Industrial era, no wonder why so many people fail, go to unemployment,...

Conflict happens for two reasons. Resources and Identity.
Both of which are difficult to solve because it requires some one to surrender something to some one else.
Resource: Guess what, you're not going to get that nice house that you've been saving up for because some one on the other side of the world might need something ( possibly ).
Identity: We are all one people. Anything your family or particular genetic coding did in the past ( or suffered ) doesn't matter. You're whole history's gone. It's just you and what you can give to the world.
You tell people to give up those two things, and I am certain there's going to be a fight.
