I can see by some of the replies, that they come from people with the intelligence of a cockroach. (hitting him with a glass, holding England's loss against him when it was clearly some of the players on England's team who were at fault...)
Man. u. fans got over it, why doesn't the rest of the country do the same?
If I met Ronaldo in a pub.....I say....
"Pleasure to meet you...You are amazing to watch...AND THANKS FOR GETTING RID OF THEM ENGLISH AT THE WORLD CUP....THEY SHOULDN'T HAVE REACHED THE STAGES THEY DID...

Is he a football player? Is he from Brazil? if he isn't, I have never heard of him, so that makes him not important because I have heard of all important people to me.
If I meet him in a pub I would not say anything because i would not recognise him. I would just carry on drinking.

No I wouldn't have a go a him about the world cup he used the oldest trick in the book it's not his fault that most Englishman are arrogant load mouthed xenophobic s!! Talk to him but I believe he is a bit insular don't know why but he is so the chances of you getting more than a monosyllable answer is remote unless you catch him of guard.
