wanna sound more romantic?..
say: " given a chance...i'll give you my world..."

this softens the sentence coz "if" gives it a conditional even a mandatory sense...

although it practically means the same.. without the "if" u sound more persuasive but not demanding..

trust me... she'll appreciate that better...
i'm a woman..and a romantic at that!

It's really down to the context the sentence is used in.
The correct way would be "If you give me [the / that] chance, then I would give you my World"

Replacing the word "Would" with the word "With" then implies a promise rather than a statement, which could be contracual.

it should be the first one .... If you gimme that chance, I will give you my world.
would is usually used as the main phrase and not as supplementary.

"If you give me that chance, I will give you my world." is correct. I think the second is technically correct, but it sounds a bit funny. If you were to use 'would' you should do "If you gave me that chance, I would give you my world."

If you use "would" it sounds like you're saying you MIGHT give your world.

If you use "will," it means you will for sure, give your world.
