For Internet Explorer:

Control Panel > Internet Options > Temporary Internet Files > Delete History.

IE7 Has a Clear Private Data feature in it's Help menu. Give that a shot if you have it.

Firefox:

Edit > Preferences > Privacy > Clear History.

if you have the new internet 7
then right next to the tabs will be a star and a star with a plus sign over it . click on the one with no plus sign there will be 3 things favorites,feeds and history. Click on history go to the day week or month right click and delete. Then empty your recycling bin for ultimate reasurance that porn was deleted :)

If you are talking just about the history of what you have searched just go to tools and then click Internet options and on general click clear history.

If you are talking about the sites saved in your yahoo search bar or other search bars then click on tools, internet options, content, auto complete, and then finally click on clear forms. This will erase the search history.
