Right palm itches = you will owe someone money
Ring finger itches = wash your hands more often, use a moisturizer, check your allergy to the ring, and see a doctor

My mundane answer: I got some damp detergent under my wedding ban one time and I had a reaction that drove me nuts for a couple days. Now, don't take the ring off and do something dumb.
