Only once saw another barefooter in a store, plus a couple times at the train station. They were all white guys. I'm a woman and I've been barefoot for ten years, but it's very rare here in the Netherlands, even though there are no NSNSNS signs and people generally believe it's healthy instead of gross and/or dangerous. Most people here consider it too cold or simply unfashionable, however the cold doesn't bother me and I don't care about fashion :)
Btw, the US has no laws against barefooting in stores, restaurants or while driving, in spite of that persistant myth. Anyone who believes that please see source :)

No, but I wish I did. I'm barefoot all the time in public and belong to a web group called the "Society for Barefoot Living" (see link below). I think that if more people went around barefoot it would dispell the myth that its against health codes. There are over 1100 barefoot members but I guess its not too popular in chicagoland. If you like being barefoot, check out the group and join us in being comfortably barefoot.

skinny white and young. They go to school with no shoes on too and play rugby. Zola Budd runs barefoot. Shes also skinny white and very young when she ran in the Olympics.

I see them about once every couple of weeks on average. I live in South Texas, and we are pretty laid back about that sort of thing for the most part. I am almost always out and about barefoot myself.

No for health reasons and insurance reasons stores will not allow you to enter there place of business, no matter if your Black White, Young or Old

usually young children and teenagers.
some young children take off their shoes and walk around. while some of the teenagers take off their heels/flats case their feet hurts.
