You have to treat yourself to a meal or a dessert you don't get to eat throughout the week. If you don't..then you'll feel deprived and go on a binge when you do get to eat it. That's what happened to me. When I was dieting I was eating right for the whole week and then treated myself one day out of the weekend.
Just treat yourself to a meal you haven't had in a while over the weekend. As long as you're exercising..your metabolism is intact...so you wouldn't have to worry about gaining anything by treating yourself.

Yeah I do take one day off so I can eat whatever and how much I want of it. I agree much easier to keep on your diet for the rest of the week. Whatever works for you.

Rather stay on the diet in stead of bouncing up and down:that's what makes dieting dangerous

It's a good idea to have healthy things at home, too. But, What about rewarding yourself a little bit for being good all week long? In moderation, of course.

I don't eat as much as I want but I'll let myself have the dessert that I deny myself the rest of the week. Good Luck! :)

YEAH! ITS IMPORTANT NOT TO PIG-OUT ON WEEKENDS! IF YOU DO YOU SHOULD COUNTER IT BY WORKING OUT EVEN MORE THAN YOU USUALLY DO(IF YOURE ON A DIET YOU SHOULD EXCERSICE AT LEAST 2 DAYS OUT OF THE WEEK,OR SO SAYS MY PHYSICION )

Nope..You have to be strict on all days. Try alot of oatmeal products..they are very filling
