u can't help who u love, ur not supposed to. i guess the next step u should take would depend on the situation & y u "shouldn't love him". if there's a big risk involved ask urself this: is it really worth it? if u put sumthin in, i hope u visualize urself getting at least that much back. if there's "no way jose", then leave him alone. there r so many men in this world that u can luv & will definitely luv u.

Try to forgive him!!!!
Do whatever to keep him away from your mind, go out with friends, visit your family, go to the gym or try to do activities where you can be in touch with new poeple (that don´t remind your "wrong-love-choose").
There are a lot of people around that you really deserve and that can really and trully love you, so, why keep on loving the wrong one?
