DOes it take an hour to install Wow for everyone or does it depend on the computer.??

That seems excessive for an install of any game. And yes a faster computer can (but might not if the game does not stress either computer) install games faster than a significantly slower computer.

I ventalated my old computer because of that?

Alot of it depends on the computer. Patching is what is a real pain in the rear though.

you think an hour is long....thats reeeeally sad. it took me 3 hours to install and like 4 to patch it.

it takes a long time no matter what. i do find that it's faster if you go to the store and buy the demo dvd for $2.
