Does pregnancy boob sorness differ from pre-menstrual boob soreness?

Like, does is hurt more, the same, in different places, etc?

Mine was WAY worse. I could barely touch them w/out pain. Even walking hurt! The pain went away at the beginning of the second trimester though.
