It's a movie. If he's that susceptible to suggestion that a movie freaks him, don't let him watch movies alone. My grandkids know the difference between "it's a movie and it's real life". Remember, he's not really in on the joke. Doesn't have a clue that the movie was a caricature. Explain to him that the people in the film are pretending and that being gay or bi doesn't automatically make you act like them or swish or act like a queen or what ever it is that shook him. (Course, if he's already prone to being a queen it won't matter what the movie does.)
