In your case, just call the phone company on the landline. They will verify you and then they will tell you how.

the usual reset codes are 000000 or 123456. best bet would be to take it to your local cell phone dealer or authorized agent to have it hard unlocked ...meaning having it reset by computer and cable. if they don't do it , look on ebay for phone unlockers that will unlock your phone . if you were close to se iowa ( mt pleasant ) i could do it for you depending on the service and system you are operating on.

try asking her or him which numbers did she or he touch or she thought that she or he had touch and try mixing those numbers in the password spot and see if it works........sorry I do not know really
