this is my first interview, the job offers are either working as a public relations coordinator or a call center coordinator.

Besides asking questions to find out about how much knowledge you have in the area of the jobs, you will likely be asked some questions so they can find out what kind of person/thinker you are. Remember there are no right and wrong answers, so just answer honestly. Don't try to give them an answer you think they want to hear. They will see through that in a second. After all, if you have to try to be somebody else in the interview, you will have to be that person when you get the job, and you will never get to be yourself.

to ease the tension from the candidates, generally the interviewers ask simple questions like what is your name? educational qualifications? any experience? a person who opts for a career in call center should posses patience. so the interviewers shoot questions like arrow.this type of interview is called stress interview.concentrate on your English accent.

Why did you apply for this job? What positive input do you think you can bring to this job. Give me and example of how you would handle a disgruntled customer. Tell me of an especially trying encounter you succesfully dealt with. Hope that helps!
