I saw an ad a week or 2 ago and Veronica said she was pregnant. Sadly, I have not been able to see the past couple of episodes. What happened?

She only said she was pregnant as a cover to see if a Reverand who's daughter's pregnancy was unwillingly terminated had anything to do with it or anyone under his control
