I used to say no when I was younger but now that I'm 29(so old!) I'd have to say yes it does, but not just the size. It matters what you do with it and what you do with you hands and mouth too. I actually prefer a thicker one to a long one. What nerves are in there are on the sides of the vagina not way up as far as you can go. It depends cuz girls like different things just like guys. I was with a guy once that had a very small one but in the end it didn't matter because he gave me chills everywhere. I was with another guy once that had such a big one that I couln't give him oral sex n everytime we hooked up felt like my first time. If I can't pleasure him with my mouth then it's too big I say. I won't lie. It matters to a lot of people. But girth can be as important as length (more so, since only the bottom third of the vagina is ennervated), and technique can make up for any failings a person might have in that department. Most women have orgasms from clitoral stimulation during (or without) sex anyway, so you can do a lot with just your hands.

bioligically speaking women only have nerves 4" in there for sex but if you have a longer stroke through those 4"s of nerves i guess. But you really don't have a choice cuz the surgeries out there for me are really risky and even IF you manage to have one work you can't have sex for like 6 months to a year supposidly... unfair isn't it women can get some boobs put in and boost their confidence but a man has to spend like 4 times as much wait all that time and still have to have luck on his side... then u risk also the porn d!ck where it droops down too instead of a salute
