To catch up on sleep and hopefully relax.
I always try and make Sunday a "me" day. The rest of the week is dedicated to work so I kind of like to have a day for just me.

It depends on the person, some people like to go to church and depending on the religion, some just stay home with there families. Some people like to catch up on their shopping, watch football, or hangout and relax with their Boyfriend/ Girlfriend or catch up with their Husband or Wife so like i said it just depends.
