I write it down, and all the things I feel about it.
I write a pros and cons list.
I write out 3 solutions.
I write down who, what, when, where.
I DON'T WORRY ABOUT THE WHY'S!!!
By writing it down, it helps me get my thoughts out of my head and onto paper.
The next day I wake up and write on a new page about the problem, and then I read the night before.
and then I compare how i felt first and what i feel now, and what is the same, i act on.
If I need help-- i seek it.
If I need to phone someone, I call 3 people.
If it's none of my business, I MIND MY OWN BUSINESS.
I CANNOT CHANGE ANYONE BUT ME.
I CANNOT HELP ANYONE WHO DOESN'T WANT HELPING.
what is your major problem???
there is not problem to great or too big, that cannot be consoled by the help of others.
what's your issue? IM me

Before I even think of solutions, I make sure my mind is clear and I feel strong and positive, and I am focused, etc. I usually read a spiritual book (Mary Manin Morrissey, etc.) so I'm reminded about the power of God in my life. That's my way. I make sure I had a good meal and slept well, so I feel good physically. It's like an athlete preparing for a competition. You have to be fit. I go to a quiet corner and pray and then ask for guidance. Then the problem-solving part becomes a lot easier because ideas come to you very easily.

First I comprehend that it is a substantial issue i'm confronted with and not in any respect cover from, nor deny it. Then, the subsequent step I take is the first step to fixing the problem. and infrequently, this can be a troublesome and painful step. yet, after addressing the "issue" like this, there has continually been a huge weight lifted and a more beneficial fiber extra to myself, and slightly more beneficial shallowness, 'reason I basically did it. And, for me, there has continually been a payoff-yet another threat of a few variety follows. that is how I actually have continually dealt with important complications, and there have been some gruesome ones, trust you me...

First I usually ask my husband for his advise, which he usually tells me then then to pray and wait for an answer, then usually I do just that and it works! Trusting in Elohim is the only way any of life's problems can be solved, just believe.

First I panic. Then I ask God for help, even though I'm an atheist. Then I pull myself together and do whatever needs to be done. On my own!

panic and freak out. That is what I do. Just sit still and try to work out a way to overcome whatever the problem is.

I have a stong sense of self and I rely on what I know about me!
I say I had my mind made up the day I was born and haven't changed it since.
A lady once told my mama that I had changed my mind. Mama said "Are you sure? I know Lisa and she NEVER changes her mind!!!!"

Think about it first. Ask people who you trust what they think.
