Royal Flush>Straight Flush>Four of a Kind>Full House>Straight>Flush>Three of A Kind>Two Pair>One Pair>Highest Single Card. I"m 90% sure but not completely.

The first 2 answers are correct, but if there are wild cards, the highest hand would be 5-of-a-kind. I don't like playing with wild cards though.

see above, but a royal flush is just the highest straight flush, not a category of its own.
