I need a steering column and a carburetor for this car. need to know will the previous years or aft years fit this car. or does anyone out there have these parts for sale.

the best thing to do is surf the net for the column or go to a junk yard . get the carb for a parts place.

Carburetor you can get and most parts houses. Depending on whether you get a new one or rebuilt one will determine the cost. Or check the local auto salvage yards for one.
For your steering column go to your local auto salvage yard. One that specializes in import cars. You can call around to see which ones are tied in with national network of used and salvaged parts dealers to save time. Ones on national network can get one four you from salvage yards nation wide.it they don't have one for your car.

I'd look in a local junk yard for the column, And you can buy a carb fairly cheap.
