The thing in Peru is that we have major festivities, but each town and city has his own festivity, so this is a list made by many Peruvians plus official information. I think it will help you.

Big on independence day the week of July 28th. Also they are big on holy week. And Carnavales during the month of February (summer down there) kids play with ballons filled with water and throw them at each other. During October they celebrate Senor de los Milagros (aka the Black Crist) Other than that, they have the more widely known valentines, mother and fathers day, halloween, christmas, new years eve, and other catholic holidays
