No, not in the same sense as a female does when losing her virginity. There is no hymen to tear in a male.
It is possible for a male to bleed during sex, other then a medical problems listed in some of the other answers.
If a male is not circumcised and the vagina he is entering is dry or tight then he may tear his foreskin and cause tearing and bleeding, especially if he is not familiar with sex and does not know the proper way to pull back the foreskin or prepare for intercourse.

Not unless there is a serious medical condition present like an STD, a urinary tract infection, or some other urology problem.
