Sorry about the daughter - request you file a civil case against the SOB and bankrupt him and anyone associated with him. If the legal system will not work for you correctly and get these murders off the street, use it to your advanage and make it so that person can never return to society without paying the rest of his life.

In northern VA , I sat in court for a minor ticket I was contesting.
uncovered load going to the landfill - everything was covered and tied down - but they wanted a tarp tied over it also. I did not feel like just paying so I went to court. 3 Hours of lets make a deal went on. I really got piised off. I watch a judge only fine a guy who caused an accident, no liensce, no inssurance. There were conditions on this fine, but I do not even think the person had legal papers to be here. Of course that was not the charge so it never was presented. They had to call in a translater to even read the charges to this guy.
Looked to me in lower court they just want the money - not the legal problems. The DA was recommending sentences to the Judge before he even read the docket folder in most cases.

I think the justice system is non existent, there is no justice. My husband's car was just totaled by some hick who knocked our Civic across the road and we hit an esplanade. The man was able to lie to the sheriff and con his way out of a ticket and paying for the damages, both bodily and car wise. I am pregnant and when he found this out he lied like satan. My husband got the ticket because the man simply told him "he came out of nowhere". uh yea.. when you're in an F250 and we in a Civic, we were obeying all laws. Anyway. Dont expect any justice anymore these days. Our world, our government is corrupt. You have to be the right nationality or the right economical profile to win anymore these days. Amen.
