How do I stop protectionwarning.com from being my default homepage. I was able to get rid of the toolbar.?

Question

I downloaded a few programs to get of the toolbar but for some reason the website won't go away. I tried to restore my computer through windows but I think my new adware won't allow me to do that. ( I saw it blocked in one of the adware programs) Now that the toolbar is gone am I safe? I have used three different programs to verify that the trojan virus is gone.

(2) If you have not already scanned your comp with spybot do that now .Update it and then run it so it gets rid of all the spyware and trojans .The updated version of spybot finds and remove all versions and varients of Zlob

(3) Do an online virus scan to check if you still have any other viruses in your computer. And let us know if the online virus scan still finds any virus or spyware .
