What does this slang mean? - "No Dips"?

I have seen a lot of people say "No Dips" on MySpace and other places. Just wondered what it meant.

"No dips" is a request not to dip your nacho in another person's cheese.

"no sharing," " you can't horn in", say if you won something, and say no dips before someone wants a part of it....they can't have a share of your good fortune. it could be anything large or small....

It means "no stupid people" sometimes, people refer to stupid people as "dips"
