I use Matrix Sleek Look ... its a spray and protects hair from heat damage up to 450*F I straighten my hair a lot and this stuff is great. Its also good to use in high humidity places ... controls frizz and what not.

Sprays do work, so don't listen to people that say they don't. Redken's heat glide is very good, but the best idea for you is to go to a local hair salon and ask them. They will have plenty of products to satisfy you.

No spray can help you. Try reducing heat, if you are in a hot/dry climate then try a deap mosturizing conditioner (test: take a small amount of conditioner between your fingers, if it absorbes it will hydrate well, if it stays on the surface it will just sit on your hair)

Heaps of companies make UV or heat protecting serums avalible in supermarkets or hairdressers. But try not to over blowdry or straighten.
