If the solution becomes darker that means that more of the solid is dissolving at a higher temperature. So, the reaction is shifting toward the left at higher temperature, and would shift to the right at lower temperatures. If that's the case, what does that tell you about the enthalpy change for the dissolving of copper (II) nitrate?

Le Chatlier's principle says that if you alter an equilibrium, the reaction will shift to relieve the stress that you caused.
