Even when I hit F1 to enter setup it load maybe 85% and then it freezes. I have to unplug my computer to start it again. I tried using a startup disk, I tried clearing cmos, even moved the jumpers to recovery and still nothing. Please anyone HELP ME!!!!!!!!

Well, you are going to have to narrow down the problem. Obviously, one of the components is causing it to freeze.
Try removing all the Pci cards, then try with a different video card, then try with different memory so on and so forth.
Check the temperature of your processor, northbridge and graphics card. It could be a heat isssue. If any of the heatsinks are too hot to touch, it is possible they are just overheating.
