Why is it that the biggest moochers and?

Why does it seem that the biggest opportunists are the biggest loosers in life?
I mean that the moochers and bums and bum-etts out there who will never miss a chance at getting something for free or a chance of taking advantage of someone.
And are also the most savy when it comes to government handouts or programs and the whole --are the biggest failures in life - You would think that they should be the most sucessful being they know how to manipulate people. They for the most part can't hold down a job- they spend their money foolishly- and rarely can keep a man or woman. --
Anybody out there that can shed light. If you don't agree that's OK because you are prob. one of them. So I guess this question is for people that contribute to society.

You don't think to highly of people, do you. Also, if you ask a question to get enlightened you should not bias the question with your own opinion. In addition, if you still want to bias the question you should not condemn people for not agreeing with your opinion.

To get your answer go to school and take many social science classes, (history, sociology, psychology, geography) an economics class, and do some volunteering. Maybe your prospective will not be so narrow and negative.

yupchagee, has a good answer, and I agree, it seems these people always are somewhat intelligent , and maybe they think they are so smart, they can out fox every one else, and even when they lose they still chalk it up to some thing else other than some one else has some intelligence,but, when and if you can come up with a real method of evaluating these people you may be reknown in history,
