It's not likely, but it's possible.

Before a man ejaculates, his body produces a liquid that coats the tube inside his penis. This make it a better environment for the sperm to travel in (remember, this is the same place that pee comes out of). That liquid (seminal fluid or "pre-***") CAN contain live sperm (as well as sexually transmitted diseases). So yes, it is possible.

If a guy is telling you "just let me put in in, I won't ***" don't let him! First of all, you can still get pregnant or get a disease. Secondly, once inside, guys (particularly young guys) don't always have the best control over "what happens next". It is likely that he can lose control and have an orgasm before he knows what happens.

There was an old saying when I was in college....and it's probably older than that.

And by the way, I know MANY people who tried the "pull out at the last minute" method of birth control......almost all of them have kids!
Remember, no birth contol method is 100% effective. And NOTHING truely protects you from sexually transmitted diseases, not even condoms. The condom industry lies!

You can get pregnant even if he does not ejaculate inside you. The precum that is excreted by the male during sex has lots of sperm in it and can actually make you pregnant. The precum is a lubricated males excrete during intercourse.

There's this little thing called pre-ejaculation. Even if you or he doesn't realize it, he may have let a few of his little swimmers go. You only have to "do it" for a second. Yeah, that whole pulling out thing doesn't work. Keep yourself safe in more ways than one, ALWAYS USE A CONDOM!!!
