My friend has doesn't know how to force a burp. I am too dumb to tell him verbally how to do so. Can you all help me?

You half-swallow a little air, to where it is stuck in the upper throat, then expel it. Been doing this since second grade. :-)

a burp is just gas aka air being forced out of your stomach, so you friend just has to swallow air, and then contract his/her abdominal muscles enough to cause the air to push open the sphinter muscle at the top of the stomach.
