In fact, I'm having the same thoughts as yours - Travelling into the extra dimensions!
Maybe we can. With quantum technology, humans can soon transport themselves along different planes in the universe, appearing in different dimensions.
But if you're talking about THE fourth dimension, it is the dimension of TIME.
Think about it, we have three spacial dimensions. The fourth one is the dimension of time.
How I wish to be able to travel through time.
I hope we can stay in touch more often :)

I have never really been able to understand the other dimensions which do exist (they say there could be up to 17 different dimensions), but I comprehend that they do indeed exist. With regards to travelling through them, from my very limited knowledge on the subject, I don't see why it could not be done with advanced technology. You have asked a very interesting question and lets hope our scientists find a way soon before it is too late !

The fourth dimension in Physics is time. Do you mean time travel?
According to Einstein's theory of relativity, as you move faster through 3-dimensional space time slows down. Time has also been shown to be distorted by the extreme gravity of black holes.
Or are you talking about another dimension, such as another universe?
Theoretical physicists studying the Big Bang have concluded that other universes exist and that the Big Bang was, in fact, caused by a collision between our universe and another one. Scientists do not know if we could ever travel to another universe but experimental evidence suggests that they do exist.

We're traveling through the fourth dimension (time) right now.

This cannot be answered because it isn't clear what to define as the forth dimension. However, we can comprehend a 4th and even higher dimensions by using mathematics.

There seems to be existence like medical information for the existence of black holes. there's no longer information that black holes can create different universes. tips can no longer pass the form horizon of a black hollow; and tips can no longer bypass by using a singularity. consequently speculations approximately different universes can't be proved. by using the way, string theory can't be proved the two (string theory is in fact a decision of speculations that have not been empirically proved). Cordially, John

According to all modern science, the 4th dimension is time and you can't travel in time with any machine or invention.

Aren't we all traveling in time? Just the fact that you are able to experience the present remember the past and hope for the future.

Aside from the current theory of relativity postulated by Einstein, see this site,

Yes, lots of people with lots of brains think about things like this. You're not weird. At least not about that... ; )
