Wasn't he supposed to announce whether or not he'll be running for president today? Did he? If so, what did he say?

I don't know, but if he runs he won't win, and if Hillary runs she won't win either, for similar reasons; I'm not saying it's right, but it's the way the country is, as yet. If either of them gets the Democratic nomination, one possible scenario is that it will split the Democratic voters and the Republican candidate will win, and another possibility is that a third party candidate would have a chance.
