yes, you are supposed to avoid making comments as this is a Q and A forum and not just a typical forum where people make comments.
but, still, this is reported mostly by people who are a little too serious and technical.

Do not be bothered by this - I too have gotten numerous and mostly bogus notices that my reply was neither an answer nor a question - and don't be bothered to click their "if you have any questions" link because you will never get a reply - ever.

Yahoo is really screwed up. This particular site (the Yahoo!Answers page) is just a "feel good" thing. They could give a **** about it. they just want more traffic. It wouldn't surprise me if they discontinue it soon
