First ask yourself why you have those feelings against her,then realize that is not this little girl's fault that your mom is watching her,it's a business between her mom and yours,and last, though you may not like her don't ever mistreat her because what goes around comes around,put yourself in her shoes, how would you feel if you were in her place and someone were mean to you.Talk to your mom about your feelings,she may help you thru this.

Keep away from her then. Ask your mom to ensure that the child stays out of your room - makes a rule about it for the kid.
Otherwise, avoid her.

Well the girl cannot help it to be there, so you should just stay away from her. You seem to be the older on be mature and leave her alone.
