Wrigley Field , with the recent changes in the configuration and addition of seating, can currently seat 41,118.

Prior to the 2004 season, three rows of box seats were added between the dugouts, and in 2005 a few rows of seats were added between the visitor's dugout (first base side) and the bullpen. Prior to the 2006 season, the Cubs completely rebuilt and expanded the bleachers, raising the seating capacity by nearly two thousand. There are now twelve rows in each corner, gradually increasing toward center field. They now hang over the adjoining sidewalks, like the temporary bleachers built during the World Series of 1929, 1932, and 1935. The section in the right field corner, now known as the "Bleacher Box Seats" because they are not benches, is several feet lower than the rest of the bleachers. The rear portion of the backdrop in center field is now an enclosed "Batter's Eye Suite," and only the front poriton is adorned with shrubs.

US Cellular Field, after the recent changes in the ballpark in 2003 and 2004,, currently seats 40,615.

With the money acquired in the deal with US Cellular for the naming rights to the stadium, the White Sox continued to make additional improvements to the stadium. After the 2003 season the White Sox demolished eight rows from the top of the upper deck eliminating 6,600 seats and lowering the height of the ballpark. A flat roof was installed, covering two-thirds of the upper deck and enclosing the upper deck concourse. A translucent wall connects the roof to provide further protection from the weather and offers a distinctive look to the park. After the 2004 season, a section of seating behind homeplate in the lower deck was removed and replaced with new luxury scout seats.

I don't know the exact seat count, but what I can tell you is that Wrigley outsells US Cellular due to the neighborhoods the two parks are in.

Wrigley is a tourist destination. (I know this because I live 8 blocks from there) There are many bars, restaurants, and other attractions that surround the stadium. On any given game day, you'll see dozens of tour buses that come from all over the midwest, parked nearby the stadium. Many people who claim they are Cubs fans are actually Wrigley Field fans, because they go to the game just for the party before, during, and after. The Cubs don't need to win to make money and sell-out games, they just need to make sure the local merchants are kept happy.

US Cellular, on the other hand, won't sell out as many games (even though the Sox are a better team) because it is located in a somewhat depressed neighborhood. It has gotten a little better over the last 10 years, but not by much. In addition, there really isn't anything around that neighborhood that would make someone want to go to a game. Very few bars, restaurants etc. People who want to attend a Sox pregame party are usually forced to go to central downtown, or Chinatown, then take the train to the game. Not very convenient.

I hope this helps.

The baseball capacity for each ballpark is found on the team's website. It's important to make that distinction, as any given yard can have a different capacity for a differnt use. You'll find that from the site below.
