This world is not your home, nor is it the home of wisdom. Wisdom is also not infinite. Wisdom is what you need to tap into. It's in your brain and you must seek it with an open heart. It will cause you to suffer, but the streets are mean ---and thay are the most jagged illusion you could ever give credence too. Wisdom will get you through all self doubt; which is exactly (and all) what the world you feel lost in gives you.
