My doubt is clear in the question. But still i need to add some more details. As we genetically mutate human genes and change characters, why can't we add a few characters of spider to become a spiderman?

it is unethical to even mess withthe whole human thing but if this kind of stuff interests you do a google search of GMO's = genetically modified organisms. scientist have put potato and bacterial dna toghter to produce potatoes that poison the potato beetle that eat the plant.

Cause the creation of a Chimera is taboo... and unethical. What would you catergorize the product? Human or Animal? will that Chimera be given human rights?

No, the genes are too far different to mesh into DNA together.
