And no, I do not ask for it as I dress very conservatively. I do not want to get him in trouble, I just want him to stop. I have asked him privately to stop, but he denies he is doing it and then continues on. He has the whole office staring at my chest as he talks about it frequently. It is embarrassing and uncomfortable at best. What to do?

As for Larry C, I think you obviously have done this before yourself!! Why so hostile? Perhaps you were dumped by a large chested lady! No, I am not self-center and am not imagining it!! It is a FACT that he is doing this. Another co-worker warned him that I can sue him for harrassment out loud in front of everyone!! As for calling people names . . . you do not know me . . . for all I know you are an overweight, old, bald man!!!! Not sure about that but definitely rude and obnoxious!! (P.S I would have no problem turning you in as you attitude has a lot to be desired!) The coworker is actually rather nice to me except for this one issue, that is why I do not want to get him in trouble.

If you have asked him repeatedly to stop, the next step is to go to your manager to discuss the problem. If you are uncomfortable speaking to your manager, you must go to Human Resources. I know you don't want to get your friend in trouble. However, you are really doing your friend a favor. He will not get very far unless he corrects his behavior. You don't want him making a similar comment to someone who then turns around and sues him, do you? Also, you need to be able to work without being objectified. Every time he makes a comment like that your coworkers (either consciously or subconsciously) lose respect for you. Act now, before the situation worsens.

I would definitely go to your boss and complain. What he is doing is highly inappropriate. Or if you don't want to go through all that... just mention how small his penis is in front of everyone the next time he starts about your chest. Just say, "I would rather have large breasts than be a man with a small _______" That'll even things up.

You should contact someone in HR. It is not your problem if he gets "in trouble." Plus if everyone knows he is talking about it, he can't assume you were the one who ratted him out (if you want to look at it that way). Anyone could complain about that type of office chatter.

If you have already confronted him and requested him to stop, then your only recourse left is to go to the boss. Or just get used to it.

You have been kind, considerate and communicative. Tell him to stop immediately or you will be forced to tell your supervisor and file a complaint. I would not wait any longer but go to my supervisor immediately.

You asked him to stop, and he has not. You need to turn him in.
