How about a homemade Valentine's Day Card. Sounds cheesy but he might like it. Decorate it with black cardboard paper and cut out red hearts or something with an I love you and your skateboard! Make copies of your favorite pics and put them on the card. Be creative...

find a stuffed animal with a skate board and make a lil tee shirt that says slipnot on it and put it on the stuffed animal and or buy a lil skate board at like michaels, or jo annes fabrics, that would b cute

Creat a custom tee- shirt made. Put something like my girlfreind loves me in red letters and put the letters on a black shirt.
