Did Mos Def really get married to Alana Wyatt in Canada?

I am such a fan and was disappointed to hear that his divorce from his other wife isn't even final. How could he legally get married again?

Supposedly he was married to Alana Wyatt Aug. 17, 2005 at Toronto City Hall, but I have been unable to find anything more credible then rumour on this, which suggests that someone may be doing a good job of making him look bad.

Unless the gossip is verified by a better source then blogs and chat rooms on the web, it is best to ignore what is said. The truth will come out sooner or later.
