i havn't written ,talked to or seen my boy friend thats in allendale correctional Inst.and i wan't to see a mug shot of him to keep me holding on until he comes home next year.

The Department of Corrections will not release "mug shot" photos of your boyfriend to you. But in prison, your boyfriend has opportunity to have his photo taken. There are inmates assigned to take Polaroid shots of other inmates to send home to loved ones, they can be purchased through the inmate canteen. Have your boyfriend check into it. When I was a Correctional Officer, it was common to see this.

Well you can try writting him and asking for one. My bf is in prison too and every 6 months he sends me a new pic. You can also get on the net under your state prison correction agency and get one that way too, plus it is full of info like what kind of trouble he's been in in there or he's been good, review dates for parol, etc. You can also have him send info papers to you for phonecalls, and visitation. You can also try finding out his address from his family members and writing him a letter.I know he would appreciate it if he's anything like my guy. Good luck. Oh yeah, and you won't get a mug shot, it will be a polaroid type pic.

Why a mug shot? There's no other way to get a hold of a pic of him?

Why don't you just go out and find a winner instead of holding on to a guy who's obviously intent upon throwing his life away. Don't you have any self respect? Sounds to me as if you'll likely end up in the same boat as he's in one day. Oh, well. It's your life.

idk about mugshots but my daddys in jail and they do like a profile on all the criminals in the state and go to google type your state correctional faclities then go to the site they should have a place where you can go i live in michigan idk how they do it anywhere else
