This is a normal problem that people sometimes go through. But, when you get to this point, as you said in the last sentence, "i honestly don't know how to handle myself or my problems anymore," then you need to see someone who can help you. You need to speak to a professional that can help you with these problems. I don't know if it would be medication or counselling or what might help but help is out there for you when you need it. The world is a crazy place nowadays and lots of people need help for emotional problems etc., so please understand this and know that it isn't your fault and look for the help you need. You can get help for free or if you can't find someone that will help you for free...like someone from a college or high school then you can set up a payment plan. But you need the help and you deserve it. Good luck. :)

i wish i knew how old u are that would help...my suggestion is if ur still in school or college seek out a counselor or a teacher u can talk to...ur not alone and life is sure tough at times..just remember you are stronger than u think and god would not put these burdens on you if you couldn't handle them..its tough with the bff so far away but happiness comes from within and no one in the whole world can bring that into your life you have to seek it...the first step is being honest with yourself..you need help especially with the cutting..u have to find another outlet to express your feelings..writing poetry listening to music i bet you getting some serious exercise when u feel stressed would help you alot with it all and u might not cut so much ...good luck..things will turn around sweetie keep ur head up and keep smiling:)

You need to see a good doctor and get put on some kind of anti-depressant. If it doesn't work, then ask your doctor to let you try another one until you find the right one for you. If you cannot afford it, the government has special programs for the needy. Also, I'd recommend you to see a good astrologer that can tell you what is going on in your life just by knowing your birthday and alignment of the planets.

I know what your dealing with is tough, but don't call me crazy when I tell you that it's never too late to change something for the better. I don't mean to play the 'bad guy', but it is partly your fault that you feel miserable. But guess what? I highly doubt everybody around you wants you to feel that way - but instead of relying on them (since it seems you can't depend on them) to make you feel better, be your own sunshine shining through the cloudy sky. Just think about it.

If people are making it seem like it is your fault, they are wrong, dont ask for their advice anymore. I am assuming you are in high school, you can ask to see the school psychiatrist, as far as the control thing, concentrate on what you can control. You can control getting help from a psychologist, you can control your grades and how you take care of yourself.

Keep calm and try to deal with what's going on with your life one at a time. Don't be too hard on yourself. Don't try to solve everything at once. If you think you are very much overwhelmed, try to pick a small problem and solve it. Then pick another one and so on and so forth. You see, anything that happens to us is meant to teach us something. Not until you learn your lesson, things will still come to you. Key thing is keep calm...

Take time out right now and evaluate yourself...Find what is positive...bullsh*t if you say there is nothing...and then concentrate yourself on occupying your life with what makes you feel positive....this is easier to do than you think...just do it...the negative energy will flow away and you will be doing fine very soon.....
think positive
stay positive
forget the rest for now
you aren't alone...your friends will back you up, you just don't know it yet.
Good luck my friend!

I always find that writing EVERYTHING I am feeling and going through down on paper helps tremendously. It helps me sort out what is truly the problem and how to attack it. Secondly, PRAYER. I tend to write like I am telling God all about it. It's very soothing and you no longer feel alone or misunderstood because GOD knows you and cares for you.

i know exactly how you are feeling. you just have to strong and hang in there. talk to ur bff on the phone as much as u can to help her. and as for your own problems remember that if god brings you to it he will bring you through it. the way i see it is that God gives us little, or some times HUGE tests to show us that we can deal with life throws us. he knows we can, he just wants us to see it too. so just hang in there. it can go nowhere but up. and you will come out of it stronger and happier knowing u got past it all and you'll still be standing strong.
