there's this song we were dancing to in my dance class and in the beginning it's really weird and its like a weird guy voice saying something then "i dont knoowwww" and in the song its a girl singing it and theres a really good beat! plz help!

I think the first guy meant the name of the song though I don't really know if that's the name of the song but it's lyrics to a song I know but I'm pretty sure you guys wouldn't be dancing to it because it's kinda inappropriate unless he really asked "what are you smoking" like literally but anyway...
I seriously have no idea.
