What size would I been in mens jeans?

Waist: 22 inches
Hips: 32 inches
Inseam: 32 inches

22/32, if you could fit into them. But I doubt you could. Waist and hip sizes on men's jeans are pretty much equal. On women's the hips are bigger than the waist.
