Okay, so I don't want to use foundation on my face anymore, because it makes me break out, and is "cakey" so does anyone have some alternatives? Loose powder doesnt cover that much. Should I still use concealer? Please give me step by step instructions.

Invest in some mineral foundations. They are made completely from natural minerals and do not cause breakouts because they don't clog your pores, they are actually GOOD for your skin! I suggest either Bare Escentuals or Mineral Essence. They are pricey, about $24 for a foundation but they last about 2 months and give BETTER coverage than any liquid foundation or concealer and they look natural. You also can't feel it at all. It blends into your real skin and you forget your are wearing makeup. You will be so happy that the price won't even be a factor once your skin clears up and looks gorgeous. Also, don't forget to buy a foundation brush to apply it with. I got mine from CVS for $5. It works great :)

First of all cleanse, tone, moisturize as usual. Then continue using concealer. You will still need some coverage. Try using tinted mosturizer. I recommend The Body Shop or Stila. It's not cakey (don't put moisturizer if using it)
Hope I helped :]

I dont use foundation because I have eczema really bad on my face in the winter time and in the summer time it can make my face real oily. What I do is concentrate on my eyes and my lips to bring them out. For example use a natural lip liner and a lip gloss. Line the eyes, use eye shadow etc...

cleanse your face before applying makeup.. then use concealer still.. but also use an oil free foundation.. then you wont get pimples.. but dont pack it on.. less is more.. then use a loose powder over it.. makes it last longer.. and yeah make sure you wash it all off before going to bed :)

Try a tinted mositurizer. Or try Mineral Makeup, it its not has heavy as ordinary makeup. Also, of you think your foundation is aggravating or causing breakouts, you should not rule out oil free foundation. Clinique has really good ones.

Good luck:)

You need to address the skin issue.
Try another "type or brand".

I went through at least 50 before I found the right one for me.
