Roboform is the way to go if you have alot of passwords considering by default windows stores your passwords on your system cache.Roboform will encrypt your passwords on to your hard drive.While using your cache is safe from most hackers,it decreases your system performance.

I use Norton Password Manager, but I like RoboForm better, it has a lot more features then NPM. It's free, but some futures on RoboFOrm become disabled after 30 days.

I use KeePass Password Safe. It is small and does not add a bulky toolbar like RoboForm. You can check out the site for more information:

I like SSOPlus. It's free too. It's not as intrusive as other ones I've tried either. The only thing I don't like about it is that you can't use it from a USB drive, but if you only have one computer it's great. Give it a try.
