Any side effect? This will affect my childs' health if my wife become pregnant during the course of medicine ?

Don't use if you are taking nitroglycerin. They can also cause a prolonged erection last more than 4 hrs which is dangerous. The can also cause head ache and abdominal pain. No risk to wife or unborn child
