I believe we live in the best Republic that money can buy.

That is the problem money has bought this great republic. The solutions to some of our biggest problems are so simple it makes me sick, but simple answers don't fill pockets with money from special interests groups and corporation's. Look up LIBERTARIANISM it is what AMERICA was supposed to be and still can if WE THE PEOPLE stand together. no joke

Democracy is a misnomer because the existing system is a republic where capitalists controls the country.

Yes, you might be correct in saying so but the question remains how much does one need pay for democracy? Is it a rich mans world or do you just have to be in the right place at the right time?

I live in the World's Largest, most democratic Country. INDIA, but do you guys know that USA - supports and gives billions of money to Pakistan,who give shelter and gives financial aid to Taliban and Al qaeda. I feel lucky not to be an American because it supports all Terrorist countries, NATO commanders , british Inteliigence declared that Pakistan is supporting Terrorism.

I'd rather have Rule of Law.
Sadly, we're too democratic to have politicians under the law. We vote for Golden Calves to worship instead.
